Job Description
After an initial training period you will be responsible for sales and marketing of our beverage packaging products, serving existing customers as well as developing new business throughout your designated area. You will have responsibility for all sales activities, including the strengthening of customer relationships, responding to request for information, arranging new customer visits and participating in customer projects. Depending on your place of domicile, preferred in Tashkent or Kazakhstan Almaty, this role will operate from home office with administrative help from our European headquarters in Dudelange / Luxembourg. You will report to the Business Manager located in Luxembourg.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive customer responsibility within of a defined geographical- and market area (focus beverage packaging products)
- Customer acquisition
- Care of existing customer relations
- Responsibilities for fulfillment of turnover goals in the beverage packaging business
- Compilation of business plans, quotations, order reports, etc.
- Regular reporting to the Business Manager regarding customer status
- Updating of customer history and further tools that collect customer data
- Keep regular contact with the service department to ensure a customer satisfying on beverage packaging-state
- Regular widening of Husky product knowledge
- Regular arrangements of product tests in European headquarters in Luxembourg to support sale-activities
- Representation of Husky at events and trade shows
- Frequent travel within your region
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities.
- Develop and adjust sales strategies as needed to stay ahead of the competition
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or similar experience
- Background as Sales Representative of Mold Maker / Injection molding equipment supplier / or Sale experience in any global Manufacturing of industrial equipment.
- Several years of work experience in sales and/or marketing with technical exposure to mold manufacturing and/or injection molding
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good time management / Organizational skills
- Proactive mindset and ability of continuous improvement
- Fluent in Russian and English (any local language can be considered as advantage)
