Drain water in the air regulator
Check the quality of the hydraulic oil and oil level in the hydraulic tank
Inspect and clean the magnet drawer

In the absence of regular quarterly oil analysis, replace hydraulic oil every 8,100 hours and clean tank magnet
Replace the electric clamp lock piston oil
Replace the air regulator filter elements
Replace the vacuum pump inlet air filter
Replace the vacuum pump oil
Drain water from the air storage tank(s)
Inspect the robot cable track
Torque the DC bus bar screws
Level the machine and adjust nozzle concentricity
Lubricate the rod eye
Lubricate the Y-axis bushings
Replace the drive housing oil
Clean the vacuum pump
Replace the hydraulic oil every 24,300 hours of operation, with a complete reservoir cleaning
Inspect all grease tubes
Inspect the Y-axis bushings and rod eye
Replace the hydraulic hoses
Replace the pneumatic hoses
Replace the Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) Battery
Inspect and clean the hopper
Replace the Pressure Filter Element
Clean the machine interior and HMI
