Job Description

In this position, your primary responsibility will be account management, which will drive service contracts leads, opportunities, orders and the renewal of contracts. In addition, you will effective achievement of account strategy objectives for service contracts for our customers in the region and ensure collaboration with sales on integrated account strategies. Furthermore, your duty will be to expand contracts to full plants or Enterprise solutions. 

Located in France, ideally close to an international airport, you will operate remotely from home office with administrative support from our European headquarters in Dudelange, Luxembourg. The role will demand frequent travel within Middle East and Africa up to 60% of the time. You will report to the Director of Customer Service located in Dudelange.

Responsibilities:

  • Service Sales role: General Field Sales and Account Management work focused on selling and account management activities including face-to-face selling to new customers and cross/up/repeat selling to existing customers. 
  • Assess and Hunt on the installation base customer needs to bring equipment back under service contracts as part of our Commitment Made, Delivered and Maintained strategy.
  • Develop customer specific strategies based on current equipment performance compared to customer targets.
  • Understand specific customer challenges to achieve targets and what to address through CSM contract solutions. 
  • Ensure customers systematically understand the service value proposition enabling continual renewal.
  • Ensure good and systematic collaboration, teamwork and communication with Systems and Tooling business unit; Participate in Integrated account management planning
  • Work and contribute as an effective team member of sub-territory P&L structure.   

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education (college or university degree) 
  • Several years of working experience within the Injection Molding industry with emphasis on IMM Maintenance, Service and/or Sales
  • Advanced knowledge of injection molding concepts and system operation from a user perspective
  • Experience in injection molding maintenance, Husky service team and/or Husky sales would be an asset
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong project, organization and time management skills
  • Advanced understanding of Husky’s strengths and current markets
  • Ability to independently set and achieve targets
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Additional language skills, considered an asset
