Job Description
Husky Technologies’ Trade Compliance team is globally integrated, supporting operations across the world. The team, in collaboration with the Legal Department, establishes and monitors processes and policies that ensure Husky’s strict adherence to Export Controls and global Sanctions programs. We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Luxembourg office as a member of the Sales Effectiveness team to increase regional compliance and support our global program objectives. You will support the Trade Compliance team in implementing and improving the Export Controls Compliance program at the early stages of the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary sanctions screens on prospect leads using sanctions screening software. Identify any sanctions screening “hits” or issues and provide them to Husky’s Trade Compliance team for further evaluation.
- Work with the Sales and Trade Compliance team to request and manage collection of End-Use/End-User certifications (EUCs) from customers to coordinate the evaluation of the EUCs with the Trade Compliance team.
- Work with the Sales teams to distribute, collect, and store “Know Your Customer” (KYC) questionnaire document for all of Husky’s new customers.
- Initial review of KYC & EUCs for missing or inadequate information as provided
- CRM data quality improvements
- Closely collaborate with the Sales and Trade Compliance teams to ensure efficiency in the preliminary customer screening process.
- Liaise between the Sales and Trade Compliance teams to facilitate export controls and sanctions due diligence.
- Communicate and explain Husky internal teams’ requirements for KYC and EUCs
- Working with the Finance Team on Improve customer master data and synchronization between Microsoft AX and CRM.
Qualifications:
- Trained secretary/assistant or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years’ working experience within a similar position would be an asset
- Preference would be given to a candidate with experience in trade sanctions
- Basic understanding of global sanctions regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with multiple people across the business.
- Excellent knowledge in the usage of all MS Office applications
- Fluent in English
- Additional language skills considered an asset
