To provide the talent recruiting point of view, we’ll be joined by Tina Rodgers, Director of Talent and Total Rewards at Husky, as well as Megan Diamond, Managing Director at Canadian Premier Life Insurance Company. With Tina and Megan, our host Tracy Broad will address generational differences in the manufacturing recruiting process and how to tailor your recruitment strategies to answer the questions and address the concerns of the manufacturing company’s ideal candidates. Director, Talent & Total Rewards

Tina Rodgers is the Director, Talent & Total Rewards at Husky Technologies. Over her two-decade career, she has focused on and specialized in talent management, talent acquisition and leadership development. A majority of her career was spent working in the Health and Wellness Industry, as well as teaching at Mount Royal Community College in Calgary, Alberta. A sample of her career highlights includes local and global talent acquisition experience across a variety of industries; certification as a Ken Blanchard SLII Trainer; and designing and executing performance management and pay programs. Additionally, she designed and delivered competency-based training for all levels of the Husky organization; designed and implemented comprehensive talent and succession management programs; and contributed to a global project team to design an international global graduate program, which aimed to recruit, train, and mentor newly graduated MBA students into leadership roles within the organization. She holds a BA in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary.

Megan has been a credible and strategic business partner to executive and leadership teams in all human resource matters. Her specialties include employee and organizational development, talent acquisition and executive search, recognition, succession planning, and performance management and assessment.
