Provide Engineering support to CSM team with design discipline and high quality. Strong understanding of Husky or similar products is required to support project estimation, task planning, and quoting activities. Familiarity with delivered systems is essential to assist field teams during installation and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and provide support during the preparation of detailed drawings, assemblies, and Bill of Materials for assigned projects.
  • Prepare and maintain thorough project documentation for all aspects of assigned projects as per CSM Standards and Process.
  • Follow predefined Husky Rules and Guidelines.
  • Be a good team player, flexible to support team members.
  • Collaborate effectively with Husky Global teams.
  • Provide support to spare parts, supply chain, and manufacturing.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Provide engineering assistance to field teams by becoming familiar with BOMs, assembly drawings, and installation documentation.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues on delivered systems and equipment.
  • Support team with scheduling of projects, support tasks, field escalations and PE requests

Technical/Professional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Work experience in Siemens NX (formerly known as Unigraphics) and detailing techniques.
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter, Baan, and SAP preferred.
  • Strong command of English language (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Strong knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics including sizing, schematic interpretation, and manifold design.
  • Experience with mechanical design of fluid power systems and components.
  • Familiarity with EPLAN Fluid for schematic and BOM creation is an asset.
  • Exposure to injection molding machines is an added advantage

Qualifications:

  • BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with Design experience.

  • 3 or more years of design experience in the related industry preferred.

  • Experience with hydraulic or pneumatic machine design required.
  • Previous experience with manifold and fluid power system design is a strong asset.
