Job Description
The Tooling Production Support Specialist will coordinate manufacturing projects and process improvements. Position is organized in a day shift, reporting to the Manufacturing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee critical and special projects across departments, ensuring timely delivery, proper tooling, and cost control.
- Coordinate the setup of new machines, tools, and fixtures in collaboration with the MTT team.
- Analyze existing processes to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- Support insourcing projects.
- Supervise manufacturing reviews with process planners.
- Manage order processes.
- Review, update, and create work instructions.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of machinery, tools, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CAD and CMM/QC Calc tools.
- German and English required; French is a plus.
- Open-minded, proactive and well-organized with a strong sense of priorities.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
