Tracy Cordes

Tracy Cordes joined Husky in February 2026 as President, Service. She brings extensive global P&L leadership experience, driving growth and profitability through operational transformation and excellence through customer-focused performance. Her leadership across service, operations and business transformation has consistently resulted in revenue growth, margin improvement and stronger performance across global markets. Prior to joining Husky, she served as Executive Director of Global Business Transformation and Executive Director of Global Service Operations for Commercial HVAC at Carrier Global Corporation, where she led major strategic initiatives that strengthened service delivery and customer focused operations. She previously led Otis’ businesses in Southeast Asia, and the Chubb Fire and Security businesses in Canada and the UK, delivering results through organizational improvement, customer engagement and disciplined execution. She has significant experience in high performance team leadership, sustainability initiatives, and leading large-scale transformation to support Husky’s service organization and drive ongoing business growth. Tracy holds an MBA from Purdue University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University.
