Balaji Suresh

Balaji Suresh joined Husky as Chief Operations Officer, bringing nearly 25 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and continuous improvement with global industrial companies and across diverse industries. Prior to joining Husky, he served as Vice President of Global Supply Chain at L3Harris Technologies, where he successfully led enterprise-wide operations and supply chain initiatives across a complex global network. Known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to employee development, Balaji has deep expertise in lean manufacturing, supply chain management, and digital operations technologies: skills that align perfectly with Husky’s focus on delivering on customer and stakeholder expectations through operational excellence, technology, and innovation. Balaji holds a Master of Science (MS) in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering (Chennai, India).
