The Preventive Maintenance Kit replaces all wear components on a scheduled cycle to maintain stable performance and prevent system failures.
Maintenance interval guidance:
- 4 million cycles or 2 years: General hot runner maintenance
- 3 to 4 million cycles: Ultra GPET, HyPET, H-PET AE, HyPET 4.0, HyPET HPP, HPP 4.0
- 4 to 5 million cycles: HyPET5e, HyPET HPP5/5e
