Job Description
Working with the territory Sales and regional CSM teams, your responsibility will be to build account strategies for agreed customer and key accounts focusing on growing CSM’s overall share of wallet. Drive achievement of CSM financial objectives such as orders, sales and proactive maintenance and service contracts net gain. Support customers and Sales with specialized knowledge of all CSM products including spare parts. Present justifiable benefits to customers for aftermarket solutions such as Spare Parts, Audits, Refurbishments, Upgrades, Encore, Pro-Act, ShotscopeNX, Training, Extended Protection Plan & Advanced Process Optimization and Advantage+ Elite and Pro-Act contracts.
The area of coverage will be Middle East region. Area is managed by two business managers working independently on dedicated accounts. You will evolve in a multinational entity with strong process in place. Your role will require regular interactions with customers as well as internals teams.
This position will be located in Saudi Arabia. Internal candidates located in the region and ready to make the next step are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Create CSM sales strategies & targets for the region in collaboration with the Rigid Packaging sales team.
- Build relationships with Husky sales team members and key customers
- Independently provide support to sales as the Subject Matter Expert in CSM products
- Support and drive Husky Sales to achieve the planned sales volume and growth rate of CSM products
- Support selected target markets/customers and products
- Provide feedback on current products and new opportunities and work with Product Managers and Engineering to establish new product definitions that meet market requirements (e.g. longevity, serviceability, ease of use, upgradeability).
- Frequent travel within your dedicated region of approx. 70%
Qualifications:
- Technical education or similar experience
- Some years of working experience in similar position/industry
- Knowledge of injection molding concepts and system operation from a user perspective
- Experience in injection molding maintenance, Experience with Husky injection molding machines or Husky service team and/or sales would be an asset
- Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Strong project, organization and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced demanding environment
- High level of business acumen
- Advanced understanding of Husky’s strengths and current markets would be considered an advantage
- Ability to independently set and achieve targets
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Additional language skills considered an asset
