In this position, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient flow of the necessary materials within our test machines related to our Rigid Packaging Mold activities (PET preforms & closures). You will be part of the Test Room team and report to the Test Room Team Leader.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and pack the necessary products.
- Control and check the needed materials.
- Process administrative tasks related to inventory and material flow.
- Work closely with project engineering, the test team, and suppliers to secure information & project flow.
- Lead stock management and order processing.
- Maintain Test Room tidiness & organization.
- Anticipate resin stock requirements and ensure adequate supply levels to prevent disruptions.
- Collaborate with internal supply chain teams to plan and place blanket production orders as needed.
- Liaise with suppliers to maintain stock availability and optimize procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Basic technical understanding and a willingness to work in shifts.
- Crane and forklift experience is mandatory (Luxembourgish license training provided internally).
- Ability to take initiative with a high level of personal integrity.
- Strong team spirit and collaboration skills.
- Strong English communication skills; additional German language skills are considered an asset.
- Experience in inventory management and procurement is required.
