Job Description
Husky’s Advantage+ offering is a web-based platform with automated monitoring that provides a real-time view of our customers manufacturing plants to help control and improve processes and optimize overall factory productivity. As part of the Customer Success Management team, The Digital Connectivity Specialist will support all aspects of the Advantage+ platform, from onboarding to installation, trouble shooting and following up with technical support issues for our customers in various countries within EMEA, SAARC and SEA region.
You will operate remotely from home office out if Italy, with administrative support from our European headquarters in Dudelange, Luxembourg. Preference would be the region around Milan, but another place of residence within Italy would also be possible. The position reports to the Field Service Manager located in Luxembourg.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers to resolve technical connectivity issues or escalate to engineering.
- Support customers to ensure they maximize their experience with the Advantage+ platform.
- Provide technical solutions and highlight customer feedback.
- Be actively involved with a hands-on approach in building solutions and processes.
- Provide technical support to the Husky field service technicians and Advantage+ program managers to ensure the installation and onboarding is made in an efficient and effective manner.
Qualifications:
- Education in IT, controls, or equivalent technical experience.
- Working knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies including Ethernet and TCP\IP communications, Routers/Switches, Proxy servers, Network and Firewall configurations.
- Experience using network monitoring tools (Wireshark, Windows Defender, SolarWinds)
- IIOT / IOT experience (Telit).
- Ability to interact well with team members to guide and offer solutions under pressure.
- Experience in customer orientated service.
- Strong problem solving and creative solutioning skills with a very strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, and set personal goals, achieve targets and to adapt on the fly.
- A customer-oriented mindset - obsessed about understanding needs and creating amazing experiences for customers.
- Knowledge of injection molding concepts and system operation from a user perspective would be considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide clearly.
- Willingness to work across multiple time zones.
- Fluent in English.
- Any additional language skills such as French, Italian or Spanish will be considered an asset.
