Experience Industry-Leading Husky Advantage+™Service Program
Bolton, Ontario - Husky Injection Molding Systems, a leading industrial technology provider to the plastics processing community, today announced Husky Advantage+™ as the new brand for its innovative services and spare parts program, delivering value and expertise to customers all around the globe.
Husky is known for industry-leading technology and fully integrated injection molding systems, including a series of innovative services to support these technologies. With the appointment of Srdjan Mucibabic as President of the new Customer Success Management business in 2017, Husky demonstrated its commitment to driving customer success through a wide range of service offerings. The introduction of Husky Advantage+ closes the loop on that process, with the program dedicated to providing proactive support and building stronger partnerships. This integrated approach identifies the needs of customers during the equipment solutioning phase to help configure the right Husky Advantage+ service package to meet the customer’s production needs and financial expectations.
“Husky Advantage+ is an evolution of Husky’s innovative customer service. Our service offerings help customers further protect and improve their bottom line, ensuring their investment in Husky equipment is optimized,” said Srdjan Mucibabic, Husky’s President of Customer Success Management. “As automation and connectivity continue to change manufacturing, Husky Advantage+ will represent the enhancement of our service offerings and new supporting technologies for our customers.”
In addition to the re-brand of the service business, Husky Advantage+ provides an update on some existing services to help improve the efficiency of customer equipment. The first improvement is the introduction of a new spare parts website, designed to optimize the ordering process by enabling greater self-serve capabilities. Customers can access the same range of genuine OEM parts, with next day delivery to most locations and a new online payment system to ensure the smoothest ordering process possible.
Husky is also excited to announce the addition of its new NX Platform, which includes an evolution to its existing plant monitoring software Shotscope™ 4.0, providing an integrated process and production monitoring system that provides a real time snapshot of information to help control and improve customers’ processes while optimizing the overall factory productivity.
From a service perspective, Husky is introducing Remote Interactive Support (RIS), the industry’s first merged-reality customer support tool. This leading technology is available to all current Husky customers and enables Husky experts to connect with a customer’s facility and work through service issues with tablets or smartphones. Husky partnered with Help Lightning, a leading provider of Merged Reality and Virtual Interactive Presence service technology. Help Lightning’s patented technology enables service technicians to virtually interact with customers and what they are working on and provide help as needed.
