Showcasing range of innovative beverage packaging solutions to growing MEASA market
BOLTON, Ontario - Husky Injection Molding Systems today announced that it will exhibit for the first time at Gulfood Manufacturing 2015 (October 27-29, Dubai, United Arab Emirates). Husky's booth (A1-44, Hall 1) will showcase its range of PET preform and beverage closure molding solutions that not only maximize productivity, efficiency and part quality, but also help to improve the design and functionality of packaging.
"Husky is very excited to exhibit at Gulfood Manufacturing as this event will provide us with an unprecedented opportunity to connect with both existing and prospective customers throughout the Middle East, Africa and South Asia," said Wassim Labban, Husky's Vice President, Beverage Packaging Sales, EMEA and SAARC. "The food and beverage industry is thriving in this region and it is important for Husky to engage with customers so we can continue providing meaningful solutions to support their unique and changing needs."
Continually looking for opportunities to support customers' growth, Husky strives to provide integrated solutions that offer the lowest total cost to produce, freedom in packaging design, as well as reduced operational and product safety risks. In addition, Husky works closely with customers to develop solutions that help to improve not only how their packages perform, but how their packages can stand out on store shelves. To demonstrate these capabilities, Husky will be displaying examples of its recently introduced multi-layer barrier technology that offers manufacturers new possibilities to explore PET as a packaging material for products requiring enhanced barrier properties, including for juice, milk, food and large volume applications.
As a leading industry supplier, Husky is also recognized for providing a range of fully integrated injection molding systems for PET preform manufacturing that deliver the highest levels of productivity and quality, for a variety of volumes and applications. At the show Husky will be highlighting its low cavitation system capabilities, which provides lower volume producers the ability to manufacture high quality preforms with increased flexibility.
In addition to its full suite of equipment and services for the plastics industry, Husky offers an unmatched level of global support in more than 40 countries and a range of aftermarket services to keep equipment running at maximum efficiency.
