    • Founder of Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd. sells 3.8 million shares

      Bolton, Ontario — Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd. ("Husky") today announced that its founder, a director and a significant shareholder, Robert Schad, has privately sold 3.8 million shares of Husky to two purchasers. The sale represents approximately 7.5% of Mr. Schad's holdings in Husky.

      The majority of proceeds from the sale of shares will be applied to charitable causes in which Mr. Schad is involved. Mr. Schad does not intend to sell further shares in Husky for a minimum of 2 years.
