Training and development of young people plays an important role at Husky and we constantly strive to provide an environment where our team members can succeed, realize their full potential and contribute to our success. Husky offers youth development programs at our various campuses around the world.
Husky's headquarters and main manufacturing campus is located in Bolton, Ontario, Canada, just north of downtown Toronto. The Bolton team is made up of professional, friendly and high-performing individuals who aim to mentor students to reach their full learning potential. At Husky’s Bolton campus, students participate in real projects that allow them to be both independent and innovative.

The Luxembourg campus in Dudelange is Husky’s European headquarters. Our Luxembourg team consists of more than 800 people from over 20 different countries, which creates a truly international working environment. Young people have been training at our Luxembourg facility since 1999 and there is a high track record of employment for those who have successfully completed the program.

Turning / Milling CNC
As Husky’s headquarters for Asia Pacific, our Shanghai location offers an open internship program. A high track record of interns who have successfully completed the program go on to become full-time employees at our Shanghai facility.
Husky recognizes the importance of building a strong reserve of young talent. Our Shanghai facility actively seeks to improve and promote our internship and campus recruiting programs to attract more outstanding young people to join the Husky team.
Husky’s United States manufacturing operation is located in northwest Milton, Vermont. The Milton team consists of more than 350 team members working in Operations, Development Engineering and Sales Support. The Development Engineering department offers six to 12 month co-op opportunities for university students pursuing Mechanical Engineering or Plastics Engineering Technology majors. These opportunities provide hands-on experience within a dynamic team environment.
Since 1981, young people have been trained to become professionals at Husky in Waidhofen an der Thaya. Our in-house training center includes everything to prepare apprentices for the challenges of the working world. Apprentices contribute actively and are exposed to a variety of departments.
The apprenticeship program includes dual training and takes place at two locations. About 80% of the program takes place at our Waidhofen facility and the remainder is theoretical and practical training at vocational colleges in Neunkirchen and Steyr.
