President and CEO
John has been Husky’s Chief Executive Officer since September 2005. John joined Husky in 1985 as an engineer. Since then, he has held a variety of significant global positions, including Chief Operating Officer; Vice President, Operations; and Vice President, Engineering. John is the architect of the Strategy Deployment Program, an enterprise-wide initiative that is driving the company’s efficiency and growth, and positioning us as a sustained top industrial company. He has also led the company through three successful ownership transitions. John holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Ryerson Polytechnical University, Canada
President, Rigid Packaging
Robert has been the President of our new organization, Rigid Packaging, since April 2018. Rigid Packaging is a new business formed from the consolidation of the Beverage Packaging and Specialty Packaging businesses. Since joining Husky in 1998, Robert has progressed through a number of design and engineering management roles, including his previous role as Vice President, Engineering and Business Development. Most recently, Rob was the President, Medical and Specialty Packaging Systems. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, Canada.
President, Customer Success Management
Srdjan has been the President of Customer Success Management, Husky’s newest business unit since April 2017. Srdjan began his career with Husky in 1997. Over the years, he has garnered multidisciplinary experience in Development Engineering, Operations, and Service. Srdjan is a Professional Engineer of Ontario, Canada and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a major in Automation from the University of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
President, Hot Runners and Controllers and Medical
Stefano has been President of Husky's Hot Runners and Controllers business since January 2016. Since Stefano joined Husky in 1995, he has held key positions within molds and hot runners sales and manufacturing operations, including General Sales Manager, Europe; and Vice-president, Global Hot Runner Operations. Stefano holds a degree in Process Engineering from École des Mines de Nancy, France and an MBA from Sacred Heart University, Luxembourg.
Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Randal joined Husky in November of 2015 as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 30 years of finance and management experience. Prior to joining Husky, Randal held a variety of senior financial management positions, including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Vector Aerospace Corporation, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Northstar Aerospace. Randal is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, Canada.
Vice President, Human Resources
Stacie was appointed Vice President, Human Resources in November 2016. Prior to this role, Stacie led Husky’s Human Resources Shared Services and Talent Acquisition functions. Since joining Husky in 1996, Stacie has held progressively senior roles in numerous areas of the organization. Stacie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfred Laurier University (Canada), and has completed post-graduate work in Strategic Workforce Planning at the Human Capital Institute, United States.
Vice President, Engineering and Business Development
Roman is the Vice President of Engineering and Business Development. Since joining Husky in 1996, Roman has developed a professional background in development engineering and has held key roles including Designer, Injection Team Leader, Platform Engineering Manager, and Director of Development Engineering. During his career, Roman significantly contributed to many of the company’s products including Hylectric, HyPET, HyCAP, and Altanium. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, Canada.
Michael P.J. McKendry
Vice President, Corporate Services, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Michael is the Vice President Corporate Services, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. In this role, he is responsible for legal; intellectual property; facilities management; environmental, health and safety; and security, privacy, Board and Committee matters. Prior to joining Husky in 2002, Mr. McKendry worked at Procter & Gamble and at a large Toronto law firm, Cassels Brock & Blackwell. Mr. McKendry holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trent University in Peterborough, Canada.
Vice President, Strategy Deployment
Mike has been leading our Strategy Deployment Program since June 2016 and was responsible for leading the company through two successful rounds of strategy deployment programs, and was appointed to the position of Vice President of Strategy Deployment in 2017. Mike joined Husky in 1991 as a Hot Runner Design Engineer and subsequently held various leadership positions including Bottle Development, Robotics Operations, General Manager of Global Tooling and General Manager of Machines. Mike holds a Manufacturing Engineering Technologist diploma.
Rod was appointed to the role of Director, Information Technology in June 2018. Rod started at Husky in 1993 as a Mechanical Designer. He later joined the Information Technology team in 2000 as Engineering Systems Manager; worked to transform project delivery capabilities, and moved on to lead the overall application and project delivery teams within the department. Rod holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
Vice President, Operations - Next Generation Operating Model
Wes has been Vice President of Husky’s Next Generation Operating Model since September 2017. Wes began his career with Husky in 2000 as a designer in the Hot Runners and Controllers business in Vermont. Throughout his career, Wes has held roles on several campuses across the business, including Sales Support, Operations, Development Engineering, and within our Strategy Development Program as end-to-end leader for the Multi-Layer work stream. Wes holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, United States.
